The elections are over so let the chaos begin! The Inauguration ball for the United States of America’s 44th President Barack Obama is scheduled to take place in less than two months! This will be a phenomenal, memorable and historical moment for all of America and beyond! Rest assured that in spite of the biased chit-chatter we’ve heard and read from the doubtful, President-Elect Obama will have a very classy Inaugural Ball that will feature the absolute best from the performances all the way down to that last delicacy without sacrificing his sense of consideration for the economy crisis …
So with that said, I must say that I am a fan of Beyonce Knowles and I respect her grind to the upmost, in fact Single Ladies is my latest ringtone. However, I do not agree with her volunteering to perform at the Inaugural Ball. This is a Historic moment for our children and families and should be respected as such. Beyonce is mostly known for her sexuality which arguably outweighs her talent thus not reflecting the positive, self-respecting and uplifting image for our youth that President-Elect Obama is known for (not to mention there is already a petition started against her singing at the Ball right here). With that said, who do you believe should sing at Obama’s Inaugural Ball? Not that our opinions really matter that much because after all… this Historical event belongs to the Obamas!
